Genya Egorova is the founder and director of United Urban, an exclusive buyers’ agency grounded in architectural thinking, project delivery, and a rigorous understanding of the built environment.
With nearly fifteen years’ experience in the built environment, Genya has worked across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from feasibility through to delivery. Her background includes many award-winning projects and landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House, and extensive work across The Rocks, where she was involved across the entire precinct, navigating complex heritage overlays, operational constraints, and long-term maintenance requirements—sharpening her expertise in build quality, planning risk, and long-term asset performance.
Before establishing United Urban, Genya spent several years managing multidisciplinary consultant teams, assessing tenders, and navigating planning, compliance, and procurement processes across both private practice and government environments. She brings a strong professional network across architecture, construction, engineering, and specialist consultancies, allowing her to draw on trusted specialists and assemble the right team when deeper expertise is required.
As a buyers’ agent, Genya brings architectural judgement and project-management discipline into the buying process. She helps clients look beyond surface appeal to understand how a property is designed and built, and likely to perform over time.
Clients value Genya’s ability to cut through noise and navigate complexity with confidence, combining architectural insight, industry knowledge, and strategic judgement to support considered, well-informed property decisions.
